Equipment Return

Upon service termination, customers are responsible for returning all leased equipment in good working condition within the timeframe specified by the service provider.

Service Availability and Reliability

Service Coverage

Our services are available throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding North Texas communities, subject to technical feasibility and provider coverage areas.

Signal Reliability

We strive for 99% signal reliability as advertised. However, service may be affected by:

• Severe weather conditions
• Equipment malfunctions
• Provider network issues
• Physical obstructions or interference
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Service Interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions and provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms and Billing

Payment Responsibility

Late Payments and Collections

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SATTV DALLAS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SatTV Dallas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
